My short stories have been published by journals including The Rumpus, The Sonora Review, Shooter Literary Magazine, J Journal, Fictive Dream, The London Magazine and Litro. I studied English at Oxford and have an MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia (where I was awarded a Distinction and the course prize for that year), and my story ‘Everything Happens in London’, which can be read here, was shortlisted for the Bridport Short Story Award in 2023. I'm currently working on a novel and a short-story collection and can be found on BlueSky @scturnerfiction.bsky.social.
